Home to Halo is honored to support you and your beloved pet. When booking an appointment, please read the instructions carefully. We do our best to accommodate as many families as we can. Pricing varies by appointment type, location, and whether you might need help with cremation services or any memorial items.

Appointments outside the Treasure Valley metro (Cities include Boise, Kuna, Garden City, Meridian, Eagle, Star, Middleton, Nampa, and Caldwell) cannot be booked online and will be cancelled. Please text for scheduling availability and pricing for extensive travel appointments.

When filling out this form, you are scheduling an appointment. If you receive a follow-up email, you have an appointment scheduled with us. We do our best to accommodate your request. However, due to travel, traffic, and prior appointments, we may need to adjust or reschedule your appointment. Same day appointments and times outside of the schedule may be requested via text.
